The 101st release on Tash's Movement Recordings sees Kosta Kane returning to the label for his second appearance. The Greek born but now Germany based producer contributed his 'Poligono' production to the labels much loved 'Technical Progress' Volume 4 compilation which was released in June of 2014. The deep, dark and techno inspired number closed out the collection in style and here we see two new and highly anticipated remixes from Chris Drifter and Oz Romita AKA Ozan Kanik.

The first interpretation of 'Poligono' is provided by Chris Drifter who is making his fifth appearance on Movement Recordings. The Hungarian producer has a career which now spans close to two decades. A consistent gig schedule along with releases on Baroque Records, Bonzai Records and his own Soundtribe Records imprint have made him one of the more recognizable electronic music artists from Hungary. Chris has never stuck to one particular genre and has dabbled in progressive, techno, tech house and minimal over the years. For his 'Poligono' interpretation Chris has taken the deeper, darker original and transformed it into a funky, tech house jam that's perfectly dialed in for the dance floor. Rolling grooves, big gaseous sweeps and a sublime selection of rhythmic elements make for a superb complement to the original.

The second interpretation of 'Poligono' is supplied by Oz Romita who is making his fifth appearance on Movement Recordings, under his side-project Ozan Kanik. The Turkish born but Amsterdam based producer last appeared on the label with an excellent remix of Gio Red's 'It Makes Me Wonder' which was released in September of 2013. Oz has been busy ever since with releases on Monique Musique and Monique Speciale being recent highlights. The Turkish producers unique brand of energetic tech house has melded well with the dark undertones of ''Poligono'.  Opting for a sunken, techno inspired take Oz's version is a great complement to the previous two. It's driving, dubby grooves and late night vibes are quite alluring and should make for some killer back room action. Don't miss it.
